What data we handle

On this website. Silta.se is a static information site. We set no cookies for tracking or advertising. We use no third-party analytics that identify individual visitors. Information you send us via email or LinkedIn (name, email address, company, the content of your message) is kept for as long as the dialogue is active and deleted when the matter is closed.

In our consulting engagements. When we work for you as a client, we handle professional contact data for decision-makers at potential customer companies. This includes name, title, company, email, phone number and notes from conversations. The data is used only for the agreed engagement and handed over to you as our client. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest for B2B prospecting.

Storage and security

We store working material in Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive) and in Excel files on a local work computer. Microsoft provides appropriate security and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not share data with third parties beyond what the agreed engagement requires, and we never sell contact data on.

Data is deleted or anonymised when the engagement ends, or at your request.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to, correct, restrict or delete data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

Silta.se sets no tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider Strato may set technical cookies required for the site to function. These store no identifiable information about you.

If we add web analytics in the future, we will use a solution that does not require consent, such as Plausible or Matomo in anonymised mode. We will update this page if we do.
